Companies House fees are increasing again…

Companies House have announced that they are increasing their filing fees from 1st February 2026.

This means that for all Companies, the annual confirmation statement filing fee will increase from £34 to £50. This comes shortly after the increase from £13 in May 2024.

Companies House have said that they will be reviewing their fees each year to ensure they are set are the right level and reflect the cost of delivering their services.
